We hired Moises at H-10 to install and paint some new crown molding and baseboards as part of a bathroom remodel. He responded almost immediately to our work request and agreed to meet that same day for a site visit and to discuss my project. Aside from being very punctual, he took his time to explain to my wife and I what challenges there were and gave us several options on how we should proceed. He provided an estimate that same day with the option we had chosen and I thought the price was more than fair. When he arrived to do the work a few days later (again on time as agreed), we could tell right away that he takes a great deal of pride in the work he does. Our project wasn't very large from a dollars and cents perspective, but he was very meticulous and took his time to ensure a top quality job. We are very happy with the end result and also appreciated him taking the time to cleanup after the job. He truly earned our five-star review and we are already making plans to have him back for future projects. Every once in a while you come across someone you feel lucky to have met, and I would put Moises in that category. Unfortunately, Thumbtack only allows you to select three qualities that you liked, but I easily could have picked all 5 (work quality, value, professionalism, responsiveness, punctuality). Thanks again and looking forward to our next project.

I’d tell everyone that the owner goes over and beyond when it comes to customer service satisfaction and he is what is missing when it comes to other companies, others could take a note and learn a lesson or two.
