FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Handyman work is billed on average of $50 per hour. This doesn't mean you are always paying 50 per hour. Plumbing/Electrical/Carpentry work is billed per job and level of difficulty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of the time the customer needs a little help or suggestions from someone who does this all the time. My expertise is dealing with families in order to help them in the best way possible to make their home exactly the way they want it, while providing my expertise and suggestions based off how it is usually done, but also giving options for other potential better ways.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing maintenance work with my father since I was little kid, so I have over 25 years of on hand experience. I've tunneled underneath buildings, I've roofed houses, I've ran electrical, and I've jack hammered roads and repaired them, there's not much I haven't done.
