I had hired front door pro and their window was between 1 and 3 PM today. Nobody ever called me. I had to call them and when I did at 230pm, I was told that the agent could not make it out today. We sat around for three hours waiting for him. They were not able to reschedule us so I went on google looking for same day carpet cleaning. I was sent to thumbtack it was very easy to set up an account and immediately I was given three local vendors that would be able to possibly. Help me out. It didn't take Miguel five minutes and he had called me and we had set up an appointment. David was here a little after six and he was done by seven. I am extremely happy with the service that was provided and have Miguel on speed dial when I need this service again! Fast friendly and super accomodating!

Star Contractors was great. I reached out at 9pm the night before and they were able to squeeze us in the next day. We had 4 teenager rooms with spills and who knows what and cream carpet. They did a deep clean with stain removal at a reasonable price. AND we will reach out when we can get the carpet replaced.

I unfortunately did not catch the name of the man who provided the carpet cleaning for us, but I’m telling you; this tech worked absolute magic in cleaning our second bedroom. The boss didn’t promise magic; he was pragmatic and stated that due to the nature and condition of the carpet, they may not be able to get everything up or promise complete restoration. With this, he asked if we would like to recarpet as a second option. We went ahead with the cleaning, understanding the possible limitations; and this tech did an amazing job of cleaning and restoring this carpet. He removed deep set pet stains (urine AND feces) and our carpet legitimately appears as if it was laid brand new. The enzyme cleaner worked amazing, the equipment was incredibly powerful, and there is absolutely zero pet odor left over after our tech finished the work. I’m not sure how many techs work for this service, but I will 100% say, that if any other tech in this company has even half of the work ethic and skill that ours did, then this company is the only one that deserves your money. This service is something to rave over and they took on a big two hour job with professionalism, hard work, grit and most importantly better results than I could have ever expected. I will never hire any other company for carpet cleaning service. Results bring loyal customers, and this business brings RESULTS. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Best experience I've ever had with a contractor. They were very caring and all about providing a great service.
