- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our services based off the amount of space your personal belongings takes up on our bumper dump trailer. We start with a minimum and it goes through twelve different price points up to a full truck load. Our bumper trailer is 7x14x4 with 4 Foot Walls which is equivalent to 10 pickup truck loads (15 cubic yards). Compared to boxed trucks, we are able to pack a lot more and less frequent trips, saving the customer money and time. Labor and disposal fees are included in our final prices! We employee local people in our community who are passionate about exceptional service and green waste. Our pricing is in line and very competitive with our competitors. So please do not attempt to negotiate our pricing. Our pricing allows us to hire well trained and vetted employees, and a great overall experience for our customers. We also offer discounts to our veterans, first responders, healthcare professionals, senior citizens and essential workers. **Price is subject to change for, concrete, bricks, tiles, shingles and All Large Items will be priced separately. **Please be advised there will be an extra charge for dirt, household trash or garbage. We do not take hazardous material, medical waste, toxic waste, chemicals, gasoline or tires**
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. You can reach us directly on thumbtack by requesting info. We use this platform to protect each of us from scams. 2. We ask that you send us pictures of the things you would like to be removed. 3. We will schedule a free no-obligation on site appointment to determine your needs. 4.Appt will not be scheduled until we receive pictures of items you want removed. This helps to provide an accurate estimate. 4. Sit back and relax!!! Once the job is complete, we will do a post clean up, to ensure your space is clean and organized.
