Healed From Hurt Coaching

My focus is prolonged grief. Often times people believe grief is only tied to physical death, but we also experience grief with other losses as well. Ending of a relationship, loss of a job, or failed expectations. Repeated grief left untreated can knowingly or unknowingly change us. For me, my traumas made me isolate myself, angry, and unable to ask for help. Through much research and reading, I was able to get the healing I needed to restore my heart posture to the loving person I am and I want to help you do the same!
