- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal is to help clients save time and reduce costs. Our service pricing is based on the size and scope of each project, ensuring a fair and customized approach. Each project requires a minimum of four hours and includes two Professional Organizers. We charge an hourly rate with no hidden or additional fees at the end of the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To provide an accurate project quote, we offer a complimentary consultation to assess the areas that need organization. During this visit, we evaluate the space, discuss goals, and develop a plan that includes space planning, storage solutions, and personalized recommendations to create an organized and functional environment. For added convenience, clients may also send photos or videos of the areas needing organization, allowing us to provide an estimated price quote without an in-person visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Star, a graduate of Elementary Education, combined her passion for teaching with her love for organization. Her years of classroom experience inspired her to establish Home Codify, a venture dedicated to creating clutter-free, functional, and easy-to-maintain spaces for families. All of Home Codify’s Professional Organizers hold a bachelor’s degree, ensuring a high level of expertise and professionalism. As proud members of NAPO (National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals), we continuously enhance our skills through ongoing education and training, staying up to date with the latest industry best practices.
