- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every month, I offer budget-friendly Mini Sessions for just $100, available on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month. These are a great option for families who want beautiful portraits at an affordable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and stress-free. Once a new client reaches out, I: 1️⃣ Discuss their needs — type of session, location (studio, outdoor, or home), and preferred date/time. 2️⃣ Share package options & pricing — so they can choose what best fits their vision and budget. 3️⃣ Confirm booking with a deposit & sign-up form. 4️⃣ Provide preparation tips — from outfits to props, especially for maternity, newborn, and milestone sessions. 5️⃣ On the session day, I create a relaxed experience so families feel comfortable and natural. 6️⃣ After the session, I share a preview gallery (with copyright protection) for final image selection. 7️⃣ Once the client selects their favorites, I deliver the edited images within 7–10 business days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed workshops and training focused on handling newborns safely and posing them for photography.
