I am so pleased with the attention to detail Michael had on our disgusting trash bins. He cleaned them and sanitized them. He also washed our driveway and was so professional. I will definitely be using his services again. I highly recommend his business.

Had Michael come out and Pressure Wash my Trash Bins and my Drive Way. He also did Dog Poop Removal for me and was at the most competitive price I could find. Thanks for all your help! It’s so nice getting to work directly with the business operator. He has a team of 5 but I requested him specifically (just asked that I meet the owner) and he came promptly. I also like that the business number he uses goes to his cell, so I can call with anything I need. Thanks again!

We will often times price match and expedite the services if we aren’t for some reason the best priced.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick conversation to understand the scope of work, we might come check out the property or project first, move onto scheduling the service. We inspect the home upon arrival, make sure we properly prepare the area of work, and follow up after the service. Building relationships with our customers on a personal level is our goal with each person. We want to be people you can really count on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone at Living Water Exteriors comes from a service related industry or have some sort of technical background that relates to solving customers complex issues with great service.
