- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will often times price match and expedite the services if we aren’t for some reason the best priced.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick conversation to understand the scope of work, we might come check out the property or project first, move onto scheduling the service. We inspect the home upon arrival, make sure we properly prepare the area of work, and follow up after the service. Building relationships with our customers on a personal level is our goal with each person. We want to be people you can really count on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone at Tidy Bro’s comes from a service related industry or have some sort of technical background that relates to solving customers complex issues with great service.
