- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Thank you for your question! Our team typically begins by having a conversation with the customer in order to learn more about their needs. We then assess what type of work would be most beneficial for them and make recommendations accordingly. Once we have a plan in place, we execute it and continue to monitor progress to ensure that things are going smoothly.communication and agreed upon any deliverables, cost, and timeline upfront. This gives both parties involved a clear understanding of what is expected moving forward. If at any point anything changes on either side, we communication openly and revisit the plan as needed. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning windows for over 20 years and have had some formal training in the field. I am also a member of the Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) and the Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians (SPRAT). I have cleaned windows on some of the tallest buildings in the world, as well as many homes and office buildings. There is a lot more to window cleaning than just squeegeeing the glass. In fact, there is a whole science to it. There are different types of glass, each of which requires a different cleaning method.
