He was on time and friendly. He worked to resolve our issue, but unfortunately it would be too costly to replace our ice maker. I talked to him on the phone and wanted to cancel because of his fee if he wasn’t able to fix it and then he came and wasn’t able to fix it. So that was a bummer to have to pay the full fee. But I get it.

William responded to my distress call concerning my washer basically exploding in my garage. There was water everywhere! He even took a look at my refrigerator, since it was giving me issues as well. He was very informative as to what the problems were and gave a very reasonable price to complete both repairs. He explained what the problems were and showed us the issues before starting the repairs. I've added his business to my phone contacts, so that I have that number handy for any other appliance issues! I will definitely be using his services again, no question about that. And I posted him site at work. That is how pleased we were with his work!!
