- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to visit with the client and begin to learn their business and pain points. Sometimes they need to be made profitable and other times they need funding and to set up best practices. I analyze their current situation and determine how I can be of service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Finance and a MBA in operations. The connection between operations and finance is very strong. Through this, I am able to streamline processes and utilize personnel for the highest returns.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was very fortunate in my early career to have had some great mentors and I was reporting to executive teams from the very beginning. This gave me a head start regarding my high level business knowledge. From there I worked my way up in various industries which allowed me to get a broad knowledge of how small and large companies work. I have lead organizations and have had all of the responsibility of accounting, finance, HR, benefits, and so forth. I see myself as a great resource for any size of company or industry. I enjoy seeing a company succeed through my actions and would like to share my knowledge.
