I requested info based on an intent to review my will, trust, and for further estate planning. Brashears Miller was actually the only vendor to respond to that request. Very shortly thereafter I was requested to submit a review and provided a link thru which to do so. At that time I could only rate the response of the vendor, so I did so. I rated a 4 out of 5, thinking that was a good review for a very limited experience. Still do. However, the vendor contacted me and requested I consider a 5 out of 5, and since, ultimately, he was the only one to respond to the thumbtack request I did change the rating to 5 based on that responsiveness and punctuality. No other business relationship was established.

We work on a negotiable hourly, flat fee, and contingency model based on the nature and scope of the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have an informal chat to see if a consultation is necessary and if it seems like a good fit, we begin the intake process immediately.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 2015 graduate of Penn State Law. I have been licensed to practice in Texas since 2016.
