FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is straightforward and discussed in advance. After the system is evaluated, the scope of work and cost are explained clearly before anything moves forward. There are no hidden fees, no surprise add-ons, and no pressure to approve work that is not necessary. Pricing reflects the actual work being done and the responsibility taken for the result.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with an on-site visit by a qualified technician who evaluates the system and identifies the cause of the issue. Based on that assessment, clear options are presented for repair or replacement, including scope and cost. Once a decision is made, the work is scheduled and completed by the same specialist, with attention to proper installation and system performance. The process is designed to be predictable, orderly, and completed without unnecessary back-and-forth.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are trained specifically in Heating & Air Conditioning diagnostics, repair, and system replacement. This includes hands-on technical training, manufacturer-guided procedures, and field experience working with residential systems. Ongoing practice and real-world problem solving are a core part of how we maintain technical accuracy and consistent results in our work.
