Way before the shelter in place, we called iPest to look why wasps were getting into the house, and to spray the outside of the h ou use.The problem started when the guy was over 2 hours late, and did not call. I called and the company said they were just about to call ME and that he would be there in an hour. Well he finally showed up, found some potential entry points for the wasps and stated he would get back with us that day on a quote.Three weeks later we still not have heard from the guy or the company. I do not know what is going on, but neither the service tech or the office staff seems to be responsive. I will never call them again, and suggest you do the same

Steve Fell came by for an estimate for a rodent problem I was having and was amazing. Very knowledgeable, didn't try and exaggerate any issues or try and say a bunch of bogus to make it seem like he knew his stuff like many others have done in the past. He was very professional and gave me some honest feedback for the issues I was having and talked to me about everything that could be done to help solve the issue. I currently use a different company for my general pest control needs that didn't do rodent issues and now may switch to Ipest for my general needs just because how pleasant an experience I had with this free estimate. Glad their are still good honest people out there willing to put in effort even when you aren't a paying customer!
