- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices change to reflect the needs of our customers. We do not typically offer prices except as a starting point because we want to ensure that we use the proper resources and materials necessary to ensure a complete and effective resolution. This allows us to offer the best possible price for our customers and the specific situation. We ALWAYS offer the best price possible. If at any point in time you reach out to us for a service that we are offering a discount or promotion for, we will always offer you that rate instead of standard pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we begin work with a customer we will get as much information as possible about the situation. This often involves an inspection which we provide at no cost. Once the issue is identified, our expert team will come up with a solution that incorporates any cultural, biological, and chemical procedures (collectively referred to as Integrated Pest Management or IPM) necessary to resolve the issue. Once the solution is identified and agreed to, we begin the treatment process. We are able to inspect within 24 hours and most situations we can inspect same day. The service is usually performed within 24 hours of agreement to terms.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner, John Fell, has his degree in Entomology. Our technicians have been trained by him and work to earn the highest levels of state certification in pest and termite control.
