We appreciated Steve's explanations of what he observed during our home purchase inspection.Oct 2020 update: We just met with Billy to design and start regular service for general pest control, rodents, and termites. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He thoroughly scoped out the level of service needed and offered a complete package at a reasonable cost.

Steve Fell came by for an estimate for a rodent problem I was having and was amazing. Very knowledgeable, didn't try and exaggerate any issues or try and say a bunch of bogus to make it seem like he knew his stuff like many others have done in the past. He was very professional and gave me some honest feedback for the issues I was having and talked to me about everything that could be done to help solve the issue. I currently use a different company for my general pest control needs that didn't do rodent issues and now may switch to Ipest for my general needs just because how pleasant an experience I had with this free estimate. Glad their are still good honest people out there willing to put in effort even when you aren't a paying customer!

Billy is great and corrected a problem caused by another technician. There was a misunderstanding and our traps were removed before the infestation was eradicated. As of this point in time, it appears we are rat free. They put cameras in our attic to monitor activity after traps were no longer catching anything. I am editing my review to reflect the improved service provided.

Good morning Lindsay. I am terribly sorry you are experiencing issues with us. Looks like there was a bit of miscommunication on the service between the 2 technicians that were handling your account. We were going into a holiday weekend and they were supposed to unset your traps until the business reopened on Tuesday so you didn't have any odors from deceased rodents (not remove the traps). Billy has spoken to your husband this morning and we are on schedule to come and resolve these issues and get you taken care of. Rats are no fun especially when they keep you up at night! I promise we are working diligently to fix your problem!! Hang in there Lindsay!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our prices change to reflect the needs of our customers. We do not typically offer prices except as a starting point because we want to ensure that we use the proper resources and materials necessary to ensure a complete and effective resolution. This allows us to offer the best possible price for our customers and the specific situation. We ALWAYS offer the best price possible. If at any point in time you reach out to us for a service that we are offering a discount or promotion for, we will always offer you that rate instead of standard pricing.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When we begin work with a customer we will get as much information as possible about the situation. This often involves an inspection which we provide at no cost. Once the issue is identified, our expert team will come up with a solution that incorporates any cultural, biological, and chemical procedures (collectively referred to as Integrated Pest Management or IPM) necessary to resolve the issue. Once the solution is identified and agreed to, we begin the treatment process. We are able to inspect within 24 hours and most situations we can inspect same day. The service is usually performed within 24 hours of agreement to terms.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Our owner, John Fell, has his degree in Entomology. Our technicians have been trained by him and work to earn the highest levels of state certification in pest and termite control.
