Marcie is awesome! She decorated my office and helped me pick out furniture, fixtures and color schemes and I could not be happier. In addition, she is currently helping us with the interior of our new office space and has done an incredible job! How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a young wife, I always had compliments on my own home and would help friends. This turned into a hobby which eventually led to a business!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We did the Christmas Holiday design for The Driskill Hotel in Austin, Texas. It was so interesting and fun to research the historical background of the hotel and bring that into the design.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Begin with a consultation/interview! I love for a client to show me pictures they have found of interiors that they like. That helps with fully understanding the client's design preferences and starts the style conversation with an even better understanding!
