- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a minimum charge of $125 for small jobs and diagnostic work. This covers a visit and up to an hour of labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive a request for work, we like to have a quick call over the phone to fully understand the project and make sure that we're a good fit. For most projects, we'll setup an in-person consultation to provide final pricing by-the-job and take a look at anything else in your home. For small, simple jobs like gutter cleaning and door weatherstripping, we can often schedule the work directly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed extensive technical training for servicing and installing central air systems and all related plumbing and electrical systems. We have a combined 45 years of experience working on homes - from interior painting, full HVAC system upgrades, and exterior remodels.
