- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with clients dealing with all types of financial situations. We have in the most dire of situations swapped services with another professional who could not pay, he mowed one of our partners lawn for a year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with the intial consultation, usually over the phone at first, and then in person, if necessary. From there, we collect any needed documentation, so that we can accurately quote your case. Once our representation agreement has been signed and sent back to our office along with the agreed retainer, then our attorneys will begin working on your case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Special education in Sociology and Social Work. Further training in dealing with clients with Mental Health issues.
