I am a 68 year old retired salesperson that has consistently done Weight training for 54 years. Unfortunately. Thru the years I have not done adequate stretching and have flexibility and tightness issues. The Massage therapy, training and stretching program I am on with Jeff is working wonders. His expertise in these areas is second to none. The improvement I am experiencing in my Tennis game is due to the improved fluidity, speed and balance acquired thru the Massage and training provided by Jeff. I would recommend Jeff to any weekend warrior attempting to improve upon and prolong an active life style.

Jeff works on me as I recover from a herniated disc. He targets the specific muscles and I feel better each session. He is very knowledgeable about muscle groups and functions and so he provides specific massage therapy to you not just a general rub or Swedish massage. He is excellent and I highly highly recommend him to everyone.

Jeff has worked on my shoulders, neck and back many times over the years. I always feel I’m in good hands. He is sensitive and skillful in his approach and is able to target the areas where I have knots and release tension.
