- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we discuss the details of the move — location, size, items, and any special requests. We then provide a clear and honest quote with no hidden fees. On moving day, our team arrives on time, fully equipped, and ready to work. We carefully protect, load, transport, and unload your items, placing everything where you want it. Our goal is to make the process smooth, fast, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in proper lifting techniques, furniture protection, packing methods, and safe loading practices. Through hands-on experience, we’ve learned how to move everything from fragile items to heavy furniture efficiently and safely.
