Sam and Ray were amazing! I was so stressed about moving from the second floor to the fifth floor, but they completely took the pressure off. They were incredibly professional, helpful, and went faster than the estimated time. They definitely made it look easy. Thankful for their hard work. 12/10!

The two-man moving team showed up right on schedule to safely wrap and move out my furniture. They made quick work of it, and were extremely helpful in placing my furniture on arrival. Highly recommend Mountain Movers!

Jason was great to work with. Clearly communicated when they were going to come and they arrived on time. Very professional. Very hard working crew.Got the task done on time. Had a small mishap and my coffee table glass got damaged durning the move and Jason took care of it right away. He went above and beyond to find me a replacement and when we couldnt find the exact match, he got me a new coffee table!!!. He is man of his word. Overall great experience working with Mountain Movers! Thanks for making my move easy.

My family and I had an amazing experience with Mountain Movers!!!! We had narrow halls AND stairs, they maneuvered everything with precision and were well prepared for everything! We also had them move a very old dining room table that is very delicate. They planned their path, and executed it with precision. We will use them for any move!

JC and Mitchell were awesome! On time, very quick. They moved some very heavy pieces of furniture up some tricky stairs. And moving from Rainey street is always a challenge but they never got frustrated.
I would totally recommend mountain man and these guys!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Were the best deal on thumbtack! We have the best rating and some of the lowest prices.
We charge a standard hourly rate for labor, and we also charge a standard rate for fuel depending on the travel distance for your move. The only other charges we have are for packing materials, and for large items over 300lbs such as a gun safe or piano, which also require a 3 man crew.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a request we will send you an offer for our rates for your job. After you have confirmed acceptance of our offer we will contact you to assess all the details of the move so we can give you an accurate quote and schedule resources properly. Then someone will contact you the day before to confirm you're ready and again when they're 30 minutes from the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my working life I worked as a supervisor in commercial construction where everything has to be planned perfectly, and executed as efficiently as possible to meet scope and contractual obligations. Thats exactly the attitude and style that we bring to our work.
I also have a business degree where i learned all about the administraive side of the business. We believe that our focus on planning and equiping our employees with what they need is one of our greatest strengths.
