We have worked with Detra on several occasions in tge past year. It has been an extremely difficult time for us as a family , losing two parents to COVID19 within 10 days of each other. This notary went out of her way to accomodate our needs and exhibited the epitome of professionalism in her work. However, what we appreciate the most is that through all of this she maintained a human touch. If I could give her 10 stats, I certainly would.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Two forms of official identification are required for notarization in Texas. These IDs must be valid, ie. non expired. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions regarding identification requirements.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Notary in the State of Texas with 15 plus years in the Mortgage business. I am also an NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent in Texas.
