Upon meeting Steven and learning about his background in fitness and his years of experience as a personal trainer, I was really excited to work with him. He listened to my own story, assessed my current physical state and offered realistic goals and a plan to accomplish them. Steven is very down to earth, personable, and clearly has a high appreciation for the trust that his clients have in him when it comes to their health and wellness. The workouts were extremely thoughtful and challenging but doable within my own capabilities, yet he always pushed me to reach for a little bit more. It’s refreshing to be able to rely on someone as professional as him to learn me and design a plan that can evolve with my progress. Steven is a great trainer, would highly recommend. He customizes workouts to fit your goals and challenges you at the same time. Definitely much better than the cookie cutter workout apps that you can find through an app or YouTube. Steven has a great attitude and you can tell that he really loves what he does.

Steven is an incredible trainer! I use to Row for UT and ended up with Hip problems. Not only was he able to help alleviate my hip issue with corrective exercises, he was able to keep my workouts on point! He also programmed me weekly workouts to stay on track when we didn’t see each other

As someone without an athletic background or previous experience formally working out, Steven has been an excellent trainer the past 3+ years. In addition to the improvements to my body and overall health, my confidence also improved. He understood my situation and started me off with fundamental movements to ensure I had a solid foundation upon which to build. He was patient with me and once he felt I had grasped those basic movements, he began to add in more complexity to my workouts, which helped me push myself further. Steven takes the time to get to know you and he doesn't try a one size fits all approach to fitness. He recognizes your strengths and tries to build on those, while also improving the areas that need it.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I charge different rates for in person 1 on 1, Groups, and FaceTimes. I also, know money can be tight and help with finding a rate that works for both of us :)

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Movement assessment. Get to know each other. Define goals. Get them started on their journey! Everything is geared to suit your needs at your pace with safety and technique being the most important objective

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Certified Trainer 4 specialities in Kettlebells, TRX, Crossfit level 1, core strengthening. I have also educated myself on injury rehab/prevention, and have managed/developed trainers in the field to train others.
