I was looking for someone to come to my condo to put me through workouts. Mike setup a meet and greet at my condo and I shared with him my goals and he shared with me his methodology on working people out. We hit it off and were on the same page so I signed up with him and started my first workout December 31st and setup a schedule of twice a week. After two workouts all I can say is I feel good about the workouts and feel with continued effort on my part I will get my expected results which is loose some weight and put on some muscle.Jan 3, 2020Verified

Mike is one of the best trainers I've ever had! He's both personable and knowledgeable about several different workout routines which makes it fun going into each class and mixing things up. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?It starts with an initial free consultation to gauge where we're starting at. Then based on that we'll go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have personal training certifications in both NCSF and PFTA. I also hold a PFTA sports nutritionist certification and a Triggerpoint certification in Myofacial release.
