What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free initial consultation. Package pricing is available for coaching and consulting services. Single sessions are only available after becoming an established client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a new client, we will first have a virtual meeting to ensure that we are good fit to work together. Should you choose to move forward you will receive a contract, invoice, and a welcome email with instructions on how to book your sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified intuitive insights coach through ICF.
