- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat pricing, everything included. Text a photo and you get one number back within the hour. That number is the number: labor, hauling, disposal fees, and the sweep-out. Single items from $150. A quarter trailer is about $325, a full trailer $849. Most garage cleanouts land between $549 and $1,299. Estate and whole-home cleanouts are quoted from a few photos or a 15-minute walk-through. You pay when the job is done and you have walked it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You text a photo or two. We send a flat price within the hour. You pick a day. Two of us show up on time, sort with you (keep, donate, go), load the trailer, and sweep the floor. We take before and after photos so you can see the difference, and you pay at the end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We learned this one garage at a time. Dozens of cleanouts across Buda, Kyle, and South Austin, a dump trailer we own, and a simple rule: the customer decides what stays, we do the lifting and the hauling.
