What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies on type of session, location (i.e. studio rental vs in-home vs outdoor), and length of time. I hold 30 and 60 minute sessions with a delivery of at least 40-80 edited photos for digital download.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact, we briefly go over type of session, dates, and locations. Once date/time/location is confirmed, I will send you a link for booking. At booking, there is a 20% retainer fee due to reserve the date and time. I'll have you fill out a questionnaire to learn more about you and your expectations for the session. I'll remind you of your session 7 and 1 day out. Just show up and enjoy! Online albums are delivered within 1 week via email.

Self-taught in photography.
