- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive and affordable compared to most! Pricing varies on type of session, location (i.e. studio rental vs in-home vs outdoor), and length of time. I hold 20, 30, and 60 minute sessions with a delivery of at least 20 - 60 edited photos.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact, I will send you a questionnaire to learn more about you and your expectation for the session. I'll send over location options (with reservation fees if applicable), wardrobe recommendations if needed, confirm date/time, and send a contract over with retainer fee deposit. I'll send a reminder for the session 1 day before. Just show up and enjoy! Albums are delivered within 1-2 weeks.
