ASAP Pools is a fantastic company that we have used for a few years. They have had to clean my pool when it looked like a swamp. Always friendly and efficient, ASAP has helped us through some rough times with our pool, offering reasonable prices and other services (such as a pool cover) that have been extremely helpful. Anthony and Matthew recently covered my pool (a tough job for us) and performed the task with admirable professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness. I highly recommend ASAP pools.

Our pool has never looked and stayed this clean with a pool service and they have the best rates we have found. Super reliable and best customer service from office to techs. We battled algae and filter issues for 3yrs with other companies...they had us right in a week and it has stayed crystal clear....they actually clean your pool!!

I decided to try ASP of WilCo starting in early July and have been happy so far. The owner is very communicative and accessible when I have questions, and always offers multiple options when I have preferred ways of dealing with my pool (for example, I had a specific chlorine target in mind for the pool that was specific to my (~50,000 gallon) pool and my situation, and they happily obliged).
The technicians also do a great job vacuuming the pool and scrubbing the walls, and are consistently thorough in doing so.
UPDATE from July of 2022:
I had some re-plastering and retiling done (the freeze in 2021 had done a number on my pool). ASP of Wilco were very communicative, help me review and decide on a lot of customization options, and shortly after I approved the contract (2 days later) started the process.
Given my pool was a big on the larger side (~50k gallons), it took the full two weeks they had estimated it took. I was getting a bit anxious when the prep work was happening by just a crew of 2 people the first week or so, but then more than 18 workers showed up on plaster day and actually finished plastering in one day!).
Update from April 2025:
Still using them for weekly service. The service can be very personalized and the staff are very easy to approach. Big shout-out to Dustin! He knows I may have other vendors around doing other things, and always is happy to coordinate with me!
Would definitely keep them in my goto list for pool professionals for future work!

Our pool is serviced by Darius at ASP. We consistently experience excellent customer service and a thoroughly cleaned pool. But my favorite part is how sweet Darius is when he interacts with my children in the yard.

America’s Swimming Pool is THE place to go your pool repair needs in Northwest Austin! They were lightning fast in their response to my inquiry and resolved the problem before any of the pool companies even got back to me!
