This is in response to Jacklyn Ballard's post. The cost of repair was definitely not just the cost of the part. The cost of repair was for the part, service call and labor as stated on the invoice. Not just the part. I needed to use your wifi because I was not getting signal in order to run your credit card which is needed to use the square app. You were aware of the price before we did the repair. You signed the invoice and agreed to the service. If you would please re-check your invoice you will see the break down of pricing, that is does include parts, service call and labor charges. Sorry for your dissatisfaction. We would never charge you more than quoted and your agreed price. We do charge a flat rate fee for labor. Depending on the job. Some jobs take 5 min. some may take an hour or more, but it is still the same price you are quoted, no matter how long it takes.
