- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For a basic all wooden fence I typically charge $19 a running foot for installs. Because of the price fluctuation in the costs of material I hesitate to put a solid price per running foot as it can cause my customers to have inaccurate pricing expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will reach out via a phone call or text message and learn as much as possible about their needs/expectations to determine whether I am the right person for the job, and if they have the necessary funds.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 8 years of hands on experience working in the construction field. After working my way to a field superintendent position at Tuff Shed I realized that I would be able to better satisfy customers without corporate interference.
