Been training with Sam for a few months and I've lost 35 pounds already. Finally feel like i can play with my kids and live life to the fullest. I can't think Sam enough for helping me. If your looking for a trainer and someone you can call a friend then I would definitely suggest working with Sam.

My husband already left a review but I thought I would leave one as well. I'm currently working out with Sam twice a week and he is doing amazing. Couldn't ask for a better Personal Trainer.

Sam is a great personal trainer. My back has been in pain for years and he managed to eliminate all the pain. I feel young again and losing 18 lbs in two months is also lovely.
