I had hired Matthew and Ethan to repair a garage door which had come off its track and would no longer close all the way. Without hesitation they agreed to come by after hours to repair the door. Little did I know they had already taken care of 2 other clients that day, and despite looking positively beat down by the heat, they realigned my entire track, greased it and didn’t give up until the garage door was practically silent.
My open house the following day was a success, and the couple who eventually purchased the home saw the house for the first time because of that initial showing.
