Josh has done a variety of work for me. He placed my bathroom ceiling when my AC drain got plugged up. He re-did the tile at my back door when the floor below it rotted out. He replaced the floor under a sink, secured bathroom tile, and plugged a hole in a sink in a rental property. He replaced my mailbox when someone backed over it. He has also done numerous other small tasks like hanging a fan, a swing, and changing lights in a very high ceiling. I have been very pleased with everything he has done for me.
