FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of our clients call because they have some sort of problem with their trees (tip dieback, slow growth, leaf discoloration, limb or tissue death, etc.). Depending on what sort of biotic or abiotic diseases are present with their trees, often we can treat and prune their trees. This is most often followed up with a rigorous Plant Health Care (PHC) plan that is intended to upgrade the trees' health and vigor so that it may fend for itself! Sometimes, again depending on what is "wrong" with the tree, the tree presents too much of a hazard, in which case we plan to remove the tree and start fresh with a new tree planted properly.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Trees are living, breathing, eating organisms that require special attention and care. Most "qualified" professionals' only qualification is that they know how to run a chainsaw. Make sure that you don't wind up regretting your decision to hire someone to butcher your trees, by checking their qualifications and history in their respective industry. ALWAYS check references (don't just ask for them, but actually find out the references' experience) and make informed decisions based on all of your resources!
