Jim has rescued me a number of times when I've had a tight deadline and my computer has crashed or done something I didn't know how to fix. He responded quickly and came to my home office. He is highly skilled in technology and was always able to fix the problem. He also has set up computers for me and fixed networking problems. He will stay at the job until the problem is solved and makes sure everything is working well before he leaves. Nothing could have been done better and I recommend Jim without any reservations.

Jim was very quick to help me "fix" my laptop over the phone. He called within few minutes of my asking for assistance; he was easy to undrstand and most helpful. The problem is taken care of. I will call him next time I need computer help.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $100.00 to come to your home or place of business and that covers the first two hours. $50.00 for every hour after plus any parts or software the you may need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, but not as much as I would like.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Was working as a machinist back in the Eighties and work was disappearing, So I went back to school to learn about electronics and computer systems. Got my first Computer Support job in 1990 with a NASA Johnson Space Center Computer support contract and that is where I fell in love with the job.
