Introduction: I am a nationwide fitness coach with over 300 clients across the US and Canada. I specialize in matching clients with the right home workout, nutrition and motivational support so that I can help anyone nearly ANYWHERE find a fitter and healthier person inside. On top of that, I certified to be able to offer 2 of the most wildly successful home workout programs as an in-class curriculum that I personally lead. P90X and Insanity are responsible for millions of amazing before and after results and now I am offering both to my clients. Currently I still retain the Insanity certification and am working on renewing my P90X cert later this year. I enjoy observing as clients start to realize that they can take back control of their health and fitness. Our culture promotes a quick fix/band-aid approach to so many ailments that are simply a result of poor habits over a length of time. Its amazing how miraculous our bodies are at healing if we just give it a chance why fueling it right and putting it to work in the right way and right amounts.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always available to my clients as their fitness coach as long as they want me to be. When a new program comes out that addresses specific issues, they will know about it and I will help them do it.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My own fitness transformation is what inspired me to become a trainer and fitness coach. When I learned what feeling good should actually feel like, I wanted to share that as best I could with everyone I come in contact with.
