He diagnosed this issue right away gave us an affordable price for repairs and communicated thoroughly through the whole process making it real easy to do business with. D'Spain Sales and Service removed my eyesore 35 year old booster pump house, and built a new one in the same spot without me losing water service for more than a few hours total. The craftsmen all knew what they were doing, and were freindly and easy to talk to.( I was not always in a good mood for other reasons, they put up with me ) The real test, my wife is very happy with the job, they finished the last touches the day before the big freeze and snow began! My house pipes froze a few times, but the new pump house with the weatherizing they did never froze or had a hitch. Good job, guys! Trey D'Spain gets five stars from our house! We have 2 windmills and they came out, found the problem and repaired it quickly. They were very professional and answered any of my questions. When they were done they cleaned up and let me know what I needed to do to make sure things would work correctly. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I had a wiring issue with my hot water heater, and the service was prompt and professional. I appreciated the technician discovering the problem quickly and giving me advice about the wiring in general in my home. I would definitely use this company again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are new to Thumbtack, but not new to service. We do what we say, and stand behind what we do. We treat every customer as if they were a life time customer. We are a multifaced business (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Water Systems) that has been serving the Texas Hill Country for 50 years. We are a one stop shop for most of your home service needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a long list of credentials. We are licensed in all of our departments, and insured. We conduct in house training many times throughout the year to keep our departments sharp. As for on the job experience, we’ve been servicing the Texas Hill Country for 50 years where we’ve accumulated over 10,000 happy customers.
