Mr. Perez was on-time for the entire project as well as daily. The project also remained in budget.
Our project was difficult given we were having tile floor removed and a combination of wood and tile installed. Not only is this a tough job, but the floors needing the work included all major rooms in our home which included the kitchen, living, and bedrooms. Mr. Perez helped us leapfrog rooms to help minimize the impact on our lives. Although this type of work will have an impact, Mr. Perez made it as comfortable as possible.
We look forward to our next project so that we may work with Mr. Perez again. In the mean time, we have had no hesitation in recommending him out to friends and business partners.

Alejandro did a great job installing vinyl in a bathroom and kitchen and he did the job quickly. We are using him for other flooring projects also!
