I live in Ohio and had to schedule a plumbing repair at a site in Pflugerville. The tenant had gotten a quote from another company (rhymes with Dodo Tooter) that was just outrageously high. I called Blue Ribbon at 5pm Tuesday, Jeremiah was there by noon Wednesday assessed and then went to pick up two stems, and fixed the tenant's leaking faucet for $500 less than what Dodo Tooter wanted. Absolutely will be calling these guys again should any future plumbing issues arise.

Prompt. Professional. Knowledgeable. Reasonable. Honest. First time to call on Blue Ribbon for plumbing service. Stephen Caci made two house visits to assess sink repair needs and complete new part installation. On first visit he identified the problem, located correct part, ordered replacement part for our discontinued but still otherwise working well sink. So thankful that our much-used, hall bathroom sink is working again! He also completed a bidet installation and assessed a potential future issue with our PRV. Altogether the process from first call and service to second visit with successful completion of sink part installation was efficient and effective. (Thank you & good work.) Good experience with Stephen Caci & Blue Ribbon. Will call them again for future plumbing needs.

Barrett Watson and his partner/apprentice Cooper were outstanding. Deeply knowledgeable, skilled, and went above and beyond to provide incredible customer service throughout the time they spent performing a re-pipe of my entire home. They never settled for anything short of perfection. Their combined efforts are very appreciated. I know who to call if I ever need any plumbing services in the future.

We hired a few plumbers from another well known, highly rated plumbing/HVAC company in Austin and they charged me over $1K and were not able to identify the solution. I decided to get a 2nd opinion from Blue Ribbon given the reviews and Ezequiel was assigned to our appt. He did a fantastic job and diagnosed the issue with confidence and gave me peace of mind. He was very thorough and gave me options and was transparent and not just trying to oversell me the most expensive solution. Hes very experienced and I will be requesting him again. We also had Brandon come and service our HVAC and flush the condensation line. He was very good as well. I also generally had a wonderful experience (with scheduling team Chandler) using Blue Ribbon and will be using them for all our HVAC, Electrical, and plumbing needs.
