So me and my family hire Donovan to install a bunch of shelving in my living room and I also needed an entertainment cabinet built/assembled. And I wanted a nice plexiglass door built for the front of the cabinets with a nice little wood frame around it. I seriously cannot express how happy me and my family are with the work he has done! He he always returns phone calls and communicates with you. He is always on time! And he is also very friendly. Someone who really treats you fair, for a good price! And most important of all in my opinion, someone you are actually comfortable with having in your home. I highly recommend hiring him!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding they're needs and wants. Often, I take the time to explain the process if needed and help them visualize the end result. I offer my experience in budgeting to find the balance between what they can afford and their imagination.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started because my stepfather insisted that we do the work ourselves. I learned a good work ethic and familiarity with tools at a young age. I find this type of work uses both sides of my brain and is quite rewarding.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they have pictures of past work and respond quickly. perhaps hire them for a smaller project first before larger ones to see there work. Don't offer a large deposit! A deposit should be for materials needed for the job. Ask for receipts!
