- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically work at a rate of $75/hr (not including materials). I add a 20% surcharge to materials that I have to source, pick-up, and deliver to the job site. I am flexible on pricing depending on project size and scope of work. I currently charge $75(refundable if booked) for on-site estimates.

-15 years + in the building trades and carpentry experience -graduate degree in architecture from the University of Colorado - Denver
