- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer bundle discounts and referral credits. Feel free to ask about that during the intro call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the intro call, I will ask about your background, learning style, and goals to help me tailor lessons for you. I also explain my teaching style, structure of classes, and what kind of outcomes you can expect. We'll also discuss discounts that may apply to you. That way you know exactly what to expect if you sign up to learn with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years of teaching experience with hundreds of students across ages and learner levels, and a TEFL/TESOL certification. I am a native speaker of Chinese (Mandarin), speaking the standard dialect that you see on TV and media. I have also worked for a Chinese company where my job involved speaking, reading, and copywriting (including the use of internet slang) on a daily basis with colleagues and clients. For Korean, I have passed the TOPIK exam, achieving level 5 (advanced proficiency), and speak it fluently. I have also worked in Korea for several years, where I communicated with Korean friends and coworkers fluently.
