The price was too high for starters. The pump was installed on the floor of the tank. The floats were in the wrong position. One was too high. Leaving no room left after the alarm hied off. The other one was too low. His attitude was not very professional telling me to double check if the pump was indeed working. Do then he argued with my husband about things and told him about his big truck! He convinced my husband that our field needed to be replaced when all it really needed was a cleaning.
