First of all, Chris is an awesome human being which matters to me the most. Chris is empathetic, caring, and very responsive. We had a pretty sticky issue with one of our bathroom tiles. Chris was very prompt in providing a free evaluation and then fixing it with thorough professionalism.. Chris was communicative throughout the process and even came back to fix a shower door spacing issue just out of courtesy. Highly recommend Chris for this craftsmanship and excellence in everything he does.
