I watch how he puts his all Into everything he does. It’s like watching a chef actually make a perfect meal and throw away what he believes won’t taste good. He’s not scared to voice his opinion on how things might sound to look out for your best interests. A legit music beast. I’ve never seen someone dissect every single song that comes to their ears and can pinpoint what’s wrong and or perfect about it. All while finishing in a timely matter without outside distractions. 10/10 for sure

Find out what their inspiration is, what they want to sound like, get an overall understanding of their vision. Then help them execute that idea, no matter what it may be. It’s my job to help them get from A-Z
