I submitted a request for a local electrician through Pro Referral Home Depot and was matched with five licensed electricians in my area. Initially, I had scheduled a consultation with the first licensed electrician who contacted me. Shortly after, I received a call from Kiontee, and after explaining the electrical issue at my house to him, he mentioned it was minor and offered to guide me through the repair process over the phone to save costs. Kiontee requested that I send him a picture of the inside breaker box and provided detailed instructions on how to perform the repair myself. His professionalism during our conversation motivated me to schedule an appointment. Kiontee arrived promptly, exhibited a positive demeanor, identified the electrical issue, and explained the steps he was taking to resolve it. He is considerate, optimistic, and has an excellent personality. I intend to hire KD Electrical Solutions for all future electrical issues and projects.

I recently purchased 3 ceiling fans and Kiontee contacted me for the installation. He does great work and his communication with you is wonderful. lets you know what the costs is up front aned does great work. I also had him install an electrical outlet under a sink which was to in the original order but I asked if he could complete that job while there installing the ceiling fans. No problem. He was quick to get the job done and his follow-up was great. I highly recommend KD Electrical Solutions for any job!!
