Introduction: I've been training for a year and a half. I'm graduating in a year with exercise science and fitness management with a minor in nutrition and plans to be a nutritionist.
I am an NPC bikini fitness competitor with a second and first place award and will be competing with girls around the country at nationals next year. I am currently the head trainer at Lamar Rec Center and love every minute of it!
