FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a minimum fee of $100. After that stumps can range anywhere from $10-$100 per stump depending on size. So if you have just one it would be a minimum of $100 but two stumps may only be $120. This is just an example
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pretty simple actually...I like to go over what the customer wants done and once we agree on a price I will get the job done within a few days if not the same day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
