She was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. I asked her to deep clean my mom's house for Mother's day and my mom was overjoyed. Robin did a spectacular job, going above expectations. She made a point of taking care of small details, like putting a sticker on the toilet paper roll and cleaning behind things on a shelf. My parent's house has never looked this good. There is such a peace with everything being cleaned and picked up. I would absolutely hire her again!

Robin is wonderful! She gave me a fair bid to come clean my house. I've been trying for weeks to get a service to come, so my house was a wreck! I have two kids and two pets, and it hadn't been cleaned in several weeks. So embarrassing. Robin showed up the very next day, on time, and got right to work. My bathroom had been "cleaned" by another company two days before and Robin spent 45 minutes in there fixing the job. Amazing. She's was friendly, professional, very detail oriented, self motivated, and quick. My home felt like a real home again after she left and we can't wait to have her back over.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I clean a home for the first time it is considered a detailed cleaning and the price is always more for the first cleaning due to the detailed work that goes into it. Windows are extra after the first clean and I only clean the inside. Laundry is also extra and I charge $10.00 a load to wash, dry and fold or hang up.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with them and get a description of what they are wanting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always trying to better myself and gain more knowledge to increase my expertise in this field, from new ways to cleaning things for efficiently to better and safer products.
