Curtis came to the house for the free estimate, did his inspection quickly and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. Was very friendly with my dogs even though one of them were barking at him. He did his inspection, and suggested that based on his findings the house was doing fine for its age and was actually within tolerance for the foundation, and said their company wouldn't suggest or do any repairs on what he found. Have already suggested him to a friend of mine. Very Pleased with them and their honesty.

A modular building was incorrectly installed and inadequately leveled on a crushed rock pad. After 10 years use, the floor was showing signs of buckling and stress cracks in the wood decking. CMC did a superior job of correcting and leveling the pier and beam foundation.
